Your appointments are very important to me!  Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All policies are designed to benefit my guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. I ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file.  All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.   After your appointment the card is unlinked and is not held in my system.

A late arrival  WILL  require rescheduling to insure other client's appointment times are met.  Thank you for understanding.

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule will receive no charges.  

Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or failure to show up for your appointment time will result in a $45 service fee.
